Peppy Ginger

Ingredients (for 1 person)

• Macchiato (40 ml espresso, 2 sec. milk foam)
• A little condensed milk
• 1 generous pinch ground ginger
• Pepper

Preparation

• Cover the base of an espresso glass with condensed milk.
• Add the ground ginger and pepper.
• Now place the espresso glass under the coffee spout and prepare a macchiato.
